Moonwater Integrative offers trauma-focused psychotherapy for adults, providing telehealth services across Montana and in-person and telehealth therapy in Texas. Moonwater Integrative meets people where they are and offers thoughtful, trauma-focused care to support meaningful and lasting transformation—at a pace that honors safety, autonomy, and the nervous system.
This practice is grounded in the understanding that human responses—especially those shaped by trauma—are intelligent adaptations formed in response to lived experience, relationship, and environment. Therapy here is not about fixing or overriding those adaptations, but about supporting the conditions in which new possibilities can emerge. Care at Moonwater Integrative is collaborative and intentional. Sessions are paced with attention to consent, regulation, and choice. The work integrates neuroscience-informed modalities with lived experience, recognizing healing as an embodied, relational process that unfolds over time.
At Moonwater Integrative, we focus on healing that goes beyond mere symptom management, offering an integrative approach that fosters long-lasting transformation. By combining Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT®) and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) with compassionate, relational care, we create a therapeutic space where clients can reclaim their emotional well-being. Our mission is simple: to provide a safe, attuned environment where healing can occur naturally, at your pace, and aligned with your unique emotional needs and personal growth journey.
Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT®) is a neuroscience-informed, attachment-based psychotherapy used in trauma-focused therapy to support emotional regulation and neural integration.
The sessions are relational, paced, and guided by what arises in the moment. The therapeutic relationship is central, with visual brain stimulation using specific colors of light introduced only with consent and attunement.
It supports emotional processing by engaging both the brain and the body, allowing emotions to be felt, integrated, and moved through without reliving trauma or pushing beyond capacity.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a psychotherapy-led process combining ketamine treatment with structured therapy.
KAP is offered in collaboration with Journey Clinical. We do not prescribe or provide medication. All medical screening and prescribing are handled by Journey Clinical’s licensed medical providers.
This work is approached with careful preparation, consent, and integration, ensuring that the experience is therapeutic, safe, and effective. It’s important to understand that this approach is not a quick fix or cure, but part of a therapeutic process supporting lasting change.
Moonwater Integrative was born from a personal transformation and a desire to align my professional life with my deepest values. After decades of experience in mental health, I saw the opportunity to create a practice that combined my clinical expertise with a profound respect for nature, authenticity, and personal healing. The name "Moonwater" reflects this connection to the rhythms of the natural world—a powerful symbol of fluidity, healing, and renewal. Our mission is to offer trauma-informed, neuroscience-grounded therapy that allows individuals and couples to move beyond mere symptom management, guiding them instead toward deep emotional and relational transformation. At Moonwater, we believe healing isn’t just about fixing what’s broken but returning to a place of wholeness—reconnecting with the self and fostering greater resilience, joy, and emotional freedom. Our practice is a response to both personal life changes and the recognition that healing modalities like ETT® and KAP are underrepresented in areas like Montana, making our work a unique contribution to both local and broader communities.
